Pool was perfect temperature and the water slide was a bonus! Staff was really friendly. Location was great and very convenient

Didn't like: Pool could have been open longer, one hotel up the road offers a 24/7 indoor pool that is also swim at own risk. Wish there had been towels at the pool area, more towels in room would have been great. Whirlpool bath in the room was great except it appeared the jets hadn’t been properly maintained as only 2 worked properly and I had to drain and refill as they appeared to have not been used in a while as black mold came out of the jets

Loved the location & it having 2 pools! Also the people working during our stay was very nice!

Didn't like: Unfortunately we had a room with black mold. It being labor day weekend, it was extremely hard to even find another hotel with the same price. But, luckily at the front desk they was prompt to give us options on switching rooms & made it happen as fast as they had available.

The hotel offered no breakfast.

Didn't like: Upon arrival I noticed both of the pools were solid green. We arrived at 3. Check in was at 4. Even though our room was ready we had to pay $25 extra to check in at 3. There were dead bug carcasses under the mattress. Live cockroaches in the room. The carpet looked like it hadn't been cleaned since 1987. The walls were filthy. Ceiling had paint peeling. The bathroom had mold & mildew on the ceiling. The air vent was coming completely out of the wall and you could see outside through it. Absolutely disgusting, now I know why it was no refund. We paid $300 for one night. It wasn't even worth $50. Highly disappointed and even more disappointed we wasted this money.

location is good but pics are deceiving I liked the location.

Didn't like: The pool was green, and mold and algae all over the place on the ground on the inside and outside pool. Pool needs to be cleaned more often. Exposed wires in the room, mold on the ceiling in the bathroom and some weird reddish stuff smeared on the walls.

Lackluster. The staff were extremely nice, excellent location, and indoor pool.

Didn't like: The room was dirty, there was nowhere to put the items we brought with us, and the parking was tight.

Disappointing I don't remember their being breakfast..

Didn't like: Dirty bathroom,and when I called front desk about it she told me it was stained. I had to go buy Clorox wipes to wipe the tub at 830 pm before I could put my daughter in the bath. No housekeeping one time the entire week my family was there. Was brought towels to the room once, the rest of the time I had to walk to the front desk daily. Was on the 4th floor, but the balcony had absolutely no chairs to sit on. The outdoor pool was opened one evening out of the week as stayed. The indoor pool was so uncomfortably hot I couldn't even enjoy the water. Waterslide was fun, but had to be careful because my daughter found rocks in the pool that had fallen in from the concrete holding up the slide. My daughter had multiple scrapes from rough spots/edges inside the pool. I would not recommend riverchase, if I had gotten room insurance I definitely would've found somewhere better after seeing the bathtub.

Didn't like: We had to switch rooms due to the toilet almost over flowing. The room they put us in wasn’t that great either. The air conditioning was horrible and wouldn’t cool off the room. I think they need to be updated for the rates they are charging.

The location was nice.someone did come in when I had to call for new blankets in the middle of the night when my daughter had gotten sick

Didn't like: There was no breakfast,the rooms are kind of outdated,my daughter got sick in the middle of the night and there wasn’t any staff there.the pool was a little cloudy

Didn't like: I didn't like how I stood in the lobby for 40 minutes, unable to check in because the employee at the front desk kept telling me my reservation hadn't been sent, even though he could see it. During my time standing there, he was rude to two other guests, one in person and one over the phone. Not to mention, when I first walked in, I didn't get a welcome or anything, and he ignored me to glue a book cover back together. I ended up leaving and getting checked in immediately at another hotel. I've tried to get a refund, but the property won't respond to me.
