Room was clean and comfortable. Did have odor of sour mop from floors once we got some air freshener it was all good. Love the balcony overlooking thw creek.

It is a great place to stay. I have stayed here twice. The location is great being on rhe river. The rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable.

Didn't like: The parking lot.

The beds were comfy! Being on the river.

Didn't like: The room had a very dirty floor and very low water pressure especially at the sink. Was afraid to try the breakfast. Being on the river was nice. My main complaint was as soon as we arrived the front desk clerk, I believe her name is Nats, had an attitude! I don't know if she does not like white people or just hates her job. She was rude, not friendly at all nor wanted to answer any questions. I think we interrupted a transaction she was having with a car out front with a male and female. There was a strong odor of pot coming from their car.

Being close to the river. Walking distance to Gatlinburg. Breakfast was surprisingly pretty good.

Didn't like: The air conditioner made noise for 2 nights. The blind in the bathroom was broken. The sink had only warm water to brush your teeth.

Great location but dated hotel. Excellent location and easy to find

Didn't like: Receptionist was quite abrupt, swimming pool was closed, lift was poor and took ages. Bed was falling apart and air conditioning was so loud you couldn't sleep with it on. Hotel is dated and needs attention.
