Excellent stay, staff helpful, location brilliant. Location is excellent, close enough to walk to lots and if needing to go further afield it’s adjacent to the CTA Redline.

The location is fantastic, the hotel conditions are good.
Didn't like: I feel like the overall stay was overpriced, which might be a byproduct of the music festival taking place that weekend. Other than price, I had no qualms.

Great location, not optimal the room. Rooms should be refurbished Great location, in the hearth of town. At ground floor well connected with the Weber Grill Restaurant, and beside the ARCADE planet where you can play with F1 simulators and take a drink surrounded by skyscrapers at the open roof bar.
Didn't like: there was no breakfast, I had to pay extra breakfast at the nearby restaurant WEBER grill. Furthermore I've been charged for 1.92$ for the 100$ blocked in case of extra purchases (without buying anything) as charging fee.

Highly recommend! The 'L' is just outside the hotel's door. Great location. Very clean and comfortable hotel.

Location great, staff can do a lot better Location is amazing
Didn't like: Staff is not friendly at all, do not check for bed preference, I made a comment upon check out that the toilet kept running and that I had to manually switch of the water every time we used the toilet. Not even an apology was extended. Just overall not a welcoming nor accommodating staff in the hotel.

I felt that as it shook us up so much, that Hilton should have compensated our room in someway Convenient to red line
Didn't like: We had someone try to rob us as we were kidding off the elevator. We reported it and they pulled it up on the monitors. The staff was excellent and very caring. They locked the entry doors early and had someone available to be with us if we left the room.
