The hotel was fabulous and in a wonderful location of the downtown area of Charleston. You couldn't ask for a better location. Everything you would want to do is in walking distance. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the extra benefits of cocktail hour and evening cookies were the absolute BEST!
Didn't like: My mom would have liked to be able to warm up her evening milk with her cookies or warm up a pastry in the morning, so maybe having a little microwave with the setup would be a nice addition.

Wonderful time and can't wait to come back Wish there was more Gluten Free/Dairy Free options, the staff was really wonderful and did their best for helping me with GF, The location was great

Wonderful girls get away weekend! Gorgeous and the staff are fantastic! It was more like a 5 star than a 4 star. Right next to market. Heart of old town.

BEAUTIFUL HOTEL IN HEART OF DOWNTOWN CHARLESTON HOTEL WAS IN HEART OF DOWNTOWN. CHARLESTON WAS IN OLD FRENCH STYLE. EVERYTHING WAS JUST FINE. ALL STAFF WERE GREAT AND HELPFUL WITH DIRECTIONS AND ANYTHING WE NEEDED. THEY HAD A VERY NICE BUFFET BREAKFAST IN THE LOBBY ARE THAT WAS FINE AND VERY ENJOYABLE. WAS NICE TO HAVE EUROPEAN BREAKSAFST INCLUDED.
Didn't like: WAS ALLL GOOD LIKED EVERYTHING WISH WE HAD STAYED A SECOND IGHT . BUT WERE TRAVELING

Luxurious accommodations! This was a GREAT experience! Booked standard King and they upgraded us to Luxury Suite with balcony & fireplace at no cost! They even had pillow concierge! Aldo, offered complimentary European breakfast each morning, wine & cheese each evening, and warm cookies before bedtime! We’ll be back! Great location to see Downtown Charleston.

What a special, lovely hotel This is such a lovely hotel. Beautiful overall, spacious and clean rooms, nice extras, friendly and helpful staff, excellent location, and charging for our EV. It exceeded our expectations.
