Overall, we were given a bad room and the hotel made it right by changing our room. The area nearby was very nice. Very close to restaurants. There's a park nearby and a kid's museum. The staff was very nice. Check-In was quite fast. Hotel staff did switch us to another room after we ask them to.
Didn't like: We requested a quiet two queen bed. The AC unit in the room provided was extremely loud. There was a constant cranking sound each time the AC started. Couldn't sleep at all the first night. The second room was much better. There's no separate parking. It's in the paid lot across from the hotel. It's not clear we should go to the hotel to scan the parking information. That resulted in the parking sending constant payment notification that required sending an email to them to resolve the issue. The price also spiked up for the holiday, which made our first night seem even less worth it.

Didn't like: Price was very high and not able to get food after midnight

I love the location. I really like the location and how beautifully decorated the Hotel is. I also like the room; it was comfortable, clean and inviting.
Didn't like: I felt the hotel was a bit expensive considering it did not have a pool or complimentary breakfast. I also didn't like that parking was an additional charge.

Perfect location, great staff A perfect location for the Mueller Lake area with clean, quiet upscale dorm rooms.
Didn't like: Just a quick tip: If you have booked “one of the 25s” (a room number ending in 25 per the front desk), please be aware that the hot water will need to run almost three minutes before it reaches you. Once it does, it’s hot and plentiful!

Clean, decent location, modern nice hotel.
Didn't like: They do something to the water that makes it feel like you are washing yourself in soapy water. For me this was a killer. Couldn’t feel clean.

Amazing staff and beyond comfortable beds. All of the staff went beyond common courtesy! They were all so friendly and helpful. The beds were like I was sleeping at home. Could not have been more comfortable. :)

LOVED the location, the decor & the espresso coffee in the room but NOT THE BILL! I was given sales special August-September rate of $164 with BOOKING. Com and the special on the hotel’s website. When I checked out it was $241. Understood the $25 parking but expected to be less than $200. I get the taxes/tourist fee? but need a better explanation of my bill. I was told next morning it was partly a fee/deposit that would be refunded back to me??? NOT a good surprise the next morning as I checked my bank account. Other than that, it was PERFECT.
Didn't like: Hotel to honor quote given No surprises like parking
