Didn't like: There was cockroaches and bugs crawling on beds and walls throughout our stay. Pool was closed, sheets felt wet.

I got what I payed for I guess. Cheap, had reasonable amenities for the price
Didn't like: Strange stains on the wall and bedding. Staff was rude.

Dirty The front desk rep was professional and courteous. The deposit was promptly reversed and was back on my debit card the day following check-out.
Didn't like: The room only appeared to be clean. The sheets may have been changed but the floor clearly had not been swept. The walls were disgusting. There was a layer grime and stains covering the walls in the bathroom. The tub appeared to be rotting so a make shift patch was covering the bad spot but it did not completely cover it. There was a wood roach and german cockroaches. I can only hope I didn't carry one of those german roaches home. I kept our bags zipped up, hopefully preventing them from climbing in and hitching a ride.

At the time of booking it was mentioned that the price includes breakfast, but the hotel doesn't serve breakfast at all.

Nope. The bed was comfortable., eventhough the mattress cover, and first layer of sheets were stained . We slept on top of everything. Easy and friendly check in. Steps away from I-hop
Didn't like: There was no breakfast available either days of stay. Couldn't gain access to laundry room eith faulty keycard. Refrigerator was rusty. Outlet covers and faucet covers had to be moved over to close exposed holes. Tub definitely needs to be resurfaced. Aaand there was a cockroach seen and killed next to bed.

it was clean fast service
Didn't like: well I added another day of stay and this time without the bookings.com app and I was charged 76.00 and through the booking.com app I would of paid 55.00 that's 21.00 I could have saved.
