Nassau offers unique group lodging, often favoring private vacation rentals over traditional hotels for space and amenities. Groups can find multi-bedroom homes ideal for shared experiences, whether it is a family reunion or a friends' getaway. Consider areas like Cable Beach for resort access or quieter residential zones for a more private retreat. Parking is generally available with rentals, but walkability varies greatly depending on the neighborhood.
What to look for in a group stay here
Bedroom count is key; aim for at least one bedroom per couple or two individuals, meaning 5-6+ bedrooms for larger groups. Many properties offer multiple beds per room, but dedicated bedrooms provide more privacy. Avoid properties that rely heavily on sofa beds for primary sleeping arrangements if comfort is a priority.
Neighborhood choice significantly impacts your experience. Areas like Cable Beach offer proximity to resorts and dining, while properties further east or west can provide more secluded beach access and larger private spaces. Consider how close you want to be to downtown attractions versus a more relaxed, residential setting.

Booking tips for larger groups
When booking a large group stay, always review the deposit and cancellation policies carefully. Many vacation rentals require a significant upfront deposit and have stricter cancellation terms than hotels. Be aware of security deposit requirements and discuss payment splitting options with your group early to ensure a smooth booking process.
