Great location near Seattle center. Location is the reason we keep coming back As well as the staff
Didn't like: Computers and elevator was down when we arrived and we were unable to access our room until after 10pm.

Friendly staff, clean room and good location for pier 91 cruises Easy access to 1st floor room which really helped given my mobility issues. Friendly staff. Ideal location for any cruise ship passengers embarking from pier 91. They will arrange a 3rd party shuttle pick up to the pier, fare $10, a bargain and convenient. Close to many eateries including Meca, a Seattle down-home establishment. Electric water kettle in the room for tea. Rooftop area with chairs and tables has great views. 12 noon checkout, a rarity in the hotel world these days.
Didn't like: My mattress was kind of mushy and not as supportive as I am used to. Reading lamp by the upholstered chair would be helpfu.l

Convenient location Very convenient to metro and Seattle Center. Staff was friendly and helpful. Nice terrace on top. Short walk to the waterfront which has recently been redone. It was beautiful and great place to walk to downtown.
Didn't like: Our room faced the street. If we go to Seattle again, I would request an interior room. There was road noise from cars/transit and during middle of night, homeless man was yelling loudly on the nights we were there.

Very small rooms. Staff was very friendly and informative. Shuttle to the pier was convenient and reasonably priced for the area.
Didn't like: Location was good but parking very, very limited. Older underground parking with very low height limitations. Homeless people hanging around at all hours. Rooms were very small.

Great place and the rooftop lounge area was nice to sit for a spell. You can see Mt Rainier from there as well! Location for our cruise port and they offered a shuttle (fee) for the port and to the airport which was nice to have.

Excellent location for attending events at climate pledge arena, visiting space needle and Chihuly. Room was large enough and had comfortable chairs. The upgraded bathroom with walk in shower was a definite plus.
Didn't like: The elevators (only two for guests and staff) and they were very slow.
