Very nice The beds were fantastic

Didn't like: The water pressure was low and it took a very long time to heat up.

Some of the staff were great, some were not helpful at all. Our toilet had a leak and all it did all night was flush approximately every 15 minutes. I spoke with the attendant on duty, he said a manager would contact me about my stay. They have not.

Didn't like: To be able to sleep without a toilet flushing all night.

We love the location, and the complimentary breakfast is nice quick and tasty for fast mornings! The rooms are also a very unique layout.

Didn't like: They used to have a bar in the lobby which was nice if you wanted a quick drink to wind down in the evening. It appears it's no longer there. :(

Didn't like: Omly two disappointing things: 1) no room safe; 2) The day my room was scheduled to he cleaned it was not - good thing I keep my room beat/organized.

We were going on a cruise and the hotel arranged for us transportation from the airport to the hotel and then from the h It was a beautiful hotel. The breakfast was good

A wonderful and comfortable stay with friendly service, clean environment,and an overall experience I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, which made it easy to relax and feel at home. The bed was comfortable, the overall atmosphere was pleasant, and the staff were friendly, professional, and welcoming. I also appreciated the convenient location, the cleanliness of the property, and the attention given to making guests feel comfortable. Overall, the hotel provided a very enjoyable experience and excellent value.

Didn't like: There was very little that I did not like about my stay. Everything was generally well-organized, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were helpful throughout my visit. If anything, I would simply suggest continuing to look for small ways to enhance the guest experience, because the overall stay was already very positive. I would be happy to stay at the hotel again.
