Elegant hotel, good location. Great decor, good location downtown Seattle. Walked to pike Place market in 10 minutes.

Loved this hotel will definitely be back. Loved the entire hotel. Great lobby, dining and drinking options. Super close to Pike Place Market.

Large hotel lacked personal service but great location. The room was a good size and we requested an adapted room which they were able to accommodate. Large hotel lacked the good personal customer service.

Didn't like: The hotel didn’t even tell us how to get to our room one side of the hotel went to one set of rooms and one to the other. You also needed to swipe your card to get to your room. No information given about where breakfast was or towels for the pool etc.

Decent stay Clean, nice staff, and great location to visit Seattle downtown with lots of dining option in the area.

Didn't like: The wait for elevator was quite long. They had a note in the room to inform guests but it’s still an inconvenience. Breakfast not included, AND there is no microwave in the room, which is another inconvenience.
