All in all it was fine Location

Didn't like: Not as tres chic as the pics showed.

Enjoyable stay, great spot to feel at home Our bungalow was wonderful. Appearance and decor are so much better in person than the photos. We thought we'd be in the duplex unit that is pictured online, but it was actually a one-level that was so spacious and comfortable, with a private outdoor patio/dining area accessible from the living room and master bedroom. This was basically a whole house to ourselves. There is a lovely cactus garden throughout the property that we enjoyed walking through several times. Mini-golf was fun too. Was nice and quiet during our stay (seemed like mostly just adults) other than some landscaping noises in the morning.

Didn't like: Strict and early check-out. Guest service leaves something to be desired, no warm welcome here. Had a slight issue that the staff did take ownership of, but nothing was done to actually compensate us. Other than that it was a great value and a relaxing stay.

Relaxing in paradise Absolutely everything you can’t go wrong seriously! they had me in all in odd. The whole pop really was amazing. There was not anything that didn’t work. There was not no loud craziness. I didn’t even have to leave the property to enjoy my vacation. It was all part of the resort a movie theater for the kids a pool Tennis Court, Pickleball volleyball court dog park, cornhole mini golf so much more and the staff was extremely helpful never not having an answer and extremely pleasant from the front desk to even the cleaners and even their maintenance guys. Definitely in my price legit and absolutely. I will be back without a doubt.

I loved being here as single woman, the room was incredible, the pool was amazing (at night) I can't say enough. Will stay again.

Mostly a Good Experience The resort grounds are very nice. The casitas are lovely. The pool tends to be a bit crowded and noisy. The one downer is the Spa. They wanted to charge us more than the published rate for a massage. They claimed that the spa was crowded so they could charge more. Rude and snobby!

Family Vacay This resort was nothing short but beautiful, easily accessible and your own vacation within your own private villa! Will definitely stay here again!

Mims Mini Vacation The location was wonderful and the grounds were perfectly manicured. The mountain view was great. Facility itself was nice. The receptionist and restaurant employees were friendly and helpful for the most part. However, housekeeping never came to our room and we had to flag down a guy for extra towels. We had to take out our own trash and saw several other guests taking out theirs as well. The master bed was hard and hurt our backs, but our villa was nice and spacious. Don't visit in July, temperatures reached 110 degrees. May visit again in the fall or winter.

Birthday staycation My sister and I absolutely loved the beds in our Monterey villa, she slept in till almost noon each day. The resort is beautiful and they provide the villas with anything you might need to be comfortable. We were able to enjoy food at the restaurant as well as cook for ourselves in the unit. The pools were enjoyable and relaxing even with many families having fun and participating in the resort's activities. All the staff was very friendly and helpful, I can't wait to stay again.

Staff was friendly, rooms are large and family friendly. Grounds are well kept. Great location.
