The location was great. Dining area was modern, bright and the food was great. The room was good, shower was powerful.
Didn't like: The parking was expensive especially for a resident of the hotel.

Didn't like: The AC did not work. I had to leave the premises and was told I would

A relaxing stay. Location was good. It was a little of a challenge to get to being located within the ASU Campus area. Did not get to experience the breakfast bar, though it did look very good.
Didn't like: The $16/day parking fee.

Clean and comfortable, great location, friendly staff Location was excellent, right near campus! Was disappointed the pool bar area was closed but it was Sunday/Monday! Also train was a little loud at night but overall really loved our stay! Breakfast was excellent also
Didn't like: Pool could use an update

Bad experience They don't clean the rooms daily. You have to request for toilet paper in days they don't do house keeping.
Didn't like: The breakfast is the same everyday. I stayed there for more than one week and we ate the same food everyday. That's BAD.

Solid Option by ASU I have Globalist status with Hyatt; I spend a lot of nights in hotel rooms. I spent two week nights at this property. UberX from PHX was $45 on a Monday afternoon at 3:30 pm with surge pricing. I look a Lyft Standard back to PHX on a Wednesday morning at 7:00 am and it was $17. I stayed in the Hyatt Place side; my company has an office nearby and we have a decent corporate rate. I booked a King High Floor and that's what they put me in; I lightly inquired about the larger Specialty King showing on the app but since I was travelling solo, I didn't press for an upgrade. They were nice enough to assign me a room on the top (8th) floor that wasn't facing the light rail outside. Guests should insist on odd-numbered rooms to avoid the noise from the rail. View was to the Northeast but there's not much to look at. The 8th floor is also where the fitness center, guest laundry room, and pool/poolside cafe are located. No complaints about the room; after spending many nights in old Amerisuites Hyatt Places, the new build properties are welcome reprise. Shower pressure was nice and strong and a/c was able to keep the room cool despite daytime temps of 115 degrees Fahrenheit. One serious negative was the really slow WiFi. It was 10 mbps in the lobby and under 5 mbps in the room. I used my mobile 5G hotspot to do work and attend video meetings. It was nice to have the small fridge for drinks and store leftovers. There is a microwave just adjacent to the lobby for guest use (obviously, the Hyatt House rooms have full kitchens). Breakfast was pretty average HP but the buffet and seating area are large and well-laid out, which was nice. Overall, a nice property in the middle of the ASU campus with some decent food options within walking distance or via delivery.
