Reviews
Review highlights
- Cleanliness7.6/10
- Mostly reported as clean and new with spotless bedding and towels, but there are isolated severe cleanliness incidents (filthy room with toilet and hair issues) and minor maintenance/caulking concerns.
- Service8.9/10
- Staff repeatedly described as friendly and helpful; guests praised attentive service (helpful front desk, bar staff described as nice). Some issues with breakfast service being understaffed, but overall service sentiment is strong.
- Location8.4/10
- Many guests cited a great/convenient location and proximity to downtown; a few mentioned the area feels out of the way, needs Uber, or has nearby paper-factory fumes affecting smell.
- Room Quality8.6/10
- Rooms described as modern with comfortable beds and nice showers; some guests noted hard beds, missing microwave, barn door without lock, and small maintenance issues.
- Amenities8.0/10
- Good fitness room and thoughtful personal-care dispensers, coffee in lobby and some hot-meal options. Shortcomings include lack of microwaves in rooms, grab-and-go items not stocked, and occasional understaffing.
- Value for Money8.9/10
- Multiple guests commented that the hotel is a very good value, affordable and updated for the price; a few noted breakfast add-ons felt like poor value.
- Food and Beverage7.6/10
- Mixed feedback: some praised hot meals served well and free coffee, but several complaints about breakfast being understaffed/poorly stocked and one review calling the included breakfast a waste of money; bar atmosphere also criticized by some.

Overall my stay there was very pleasant and I look forward to booking with them again in the near f. I loved the breakfast. I loved that I didn’t have to handle utensils behind other patrons. I loved the location and how close I was to downtown.
Didn't like: The only thing I didn’t like was the shower head and the curtains. The shower head was a little outdated and the water was going everywhere (no mainstream). The curtains let in a lot of outside light so sleep was difficult.

The staff was very good. The young lady at the front desk was our server ar breakfast. Overworked but still pleasant!

Nice new hotel It is very new and clean. Parking is easy and the staff are always smiling!
Didn't like: It’s a little far from downtown but I needed a good long term price point and this was excellent.

Not clean, poor breakfast Location
Didn't like: The hotel room was unacceptable: the bed sheets were dirty and the bathroom door lock was broken. The hotel did not properly resolve these issues, and the breakfast was also very poor. I am requesting a refund for the hotel charge.

If I was to come back I’d probabsly look elsewhere Comfortable. The lady serving breakfast was very nice and great to talk to. Overall the staff was great
Didn't like: It was not clean enough. The floor of the shower looked dirty due to the black stains . The shower door did not stay closed when showing. I used my hand to keep it closed. The fridge was not clean.

Good for a one or two night stay if visiting downtown Savannah! The hotel is still new and the hotel room was extremely big! Mine included breakfast which was good! Also convenient location to River Street.
Didn't like: The neighborhood is sketchy and my shower unfortunately was not cleaned very well.
