They claimed to have called me and when we arrived the front desk lady wouldn’t stop yelling at me wouldn’t let me speak People there were horrible

Didn't like: Lovebugs all over the door and windows that came into the room through the spring under the door. It was gross. They were in the bed and all over the room even though we stepped in and closed the door as fast as we could. There were stuff smushed on the walls. No idea what it was but the bathroom was not very clean. It was water on the floor that was wet on our whole stay.

The location was great and the beds were soft. The pool was clean.

Didn't like: I got a double room just in case 1 of the beds would be better and when we pulled the covers down the smell of urine was so strong so we tried the other bed and it was the same way. We had to go to Walmart and buy odor eliminating spray, febreeze, a zipper mattress cover, a foam topper and sheets to be able to sleep on it. We tried flipping the mattress but both sides was covered in urine rings. It’s a great place to stay but maybe you should get waterproof mattress covers to protect your mattresses.
