Modern and clean. Best value in Savannah. The room was modern, clean, and comfortable, with a porch as a bonus. The people were wonderful.

Horrible experience will never stay at this hotel again. Location

Didn't like: Bad customer service, valet parking was a mess and the there was no manager ever available on the property. I also checked out early due to the bad service and the hotel charged me an early check out fee. Just ridiculous.

Terrible- run Slightly in downtown

Didn't like: It was dirty, the service was terrible, things were rusty bad broken, staff cursed at me, only one person working, no manager, concierge stuff was on the floor from bad guests. Not able to reach manager with phone number they gave me.

Didn't like: It takes too long for the hundred dollar deposit to hit back in your account still have not received mine.

At check in I was told that $100 needed to be pending and would be refunded after my stay . I swipped my card and showed the man at the desk and he said it didn’t not go through and I needed to swip my card again. I later showed him that I was hen had $200 pending and he seemed to not be concerned. I still currently have a pending charge of $100 on my account .

very comfortable and affordable for the location. The convenience of being downtown to where everything we needed was within a two mile radius.
