In general great hotel with a great staff. Perfect location. Very comfortable beds. Pool area was amazing.

Great friendly staff and perfect location. Lived the room and the pool and bar areas.
Didn't like: There wasn't a microwave in the room. And there wasn't a mirror outside of the bathroom so two people can't get ready separately.

Fantastic hotel will definitely return The location of the hotel is ideal for exploring the city, lots of bars and restaurants around the area. The staff were excellent and we loved our room.

It was an amazing stay, customer service was very good. Just wish a little things were better but overall it was an amaz It was very close to petco park! Very good walking distance!
Didn't like: Wish the coffee pot cleaned, found a hair inside it. And the room wasn’t as cool. Tried fixing the ac in the room and it wasn’t working properly.

It’s ok The valet so expensive $70/night we got there room wasn’t ready another 1 hr waiting. As compliments they gave us $50 voucher for 2 of us. The food was expensive.
Didn't like: The staff attitude especially the manager.
