Great value for the price! Excellent location, clean and comfortable room, fresh towels every day, and very friendly staff. There were a few small downsides, but the location, cleanliness and great service more than made up for them. We really enjoyed our stay!

I really enjoyed my time here and will rebook for future NY trips The staff made the experience. The front desk were so helpful. The cleaners were very accommodating.

Amazing location, super clean yet very small rooms Amazing location, helpful staff, 10/10 cleanness. Very cool rooftop bar. Other than that everything was amazing!
Didn't like: The only downside is that the rooms are extremely small, smaller than even some hostel formats, and to be honest for the price that we were paying it’s not really fair.

Perfect Stay Best location in the heart of Manhattan with everything surrounding it. Staff were polite and friendly. Our bedroom was as expected, small but accommodating enough and we were happy with it. We would definitely stay again.
Didn't like: No complaints. But whenever we turned on the air conditioner it made a louse noise plus having refrigerator would’ve been a bonus.

Impressed efficient stay Quiet, comfortable beds, great cafe area, loads of free facilities to use when there, bathroom was clean and good size, friendly staff, great location, all around good vibes
Didn't like: room was quite small and lacked light, couldn't have stayed for an extended amount of time

Good location and value if you do t require daylight. Great location. Friendly staff. Small rooms. But clean. Great shower pressure. Would return if need to be in mid town east.
Didn't like: Room had shudders over windows that opened into a dark space between four buildings.
