Beautiful property conveniently located in pet friendly. Absolutely stunning property very clean very quiet. Superior grill conveniently located right next door with access from the hotel lobby. Their food is great, mexican food. If you're looking for something other than creole. Didn't hear any room noise from the street or the hallway? The beds were exceptionally comfortable, plenty of pillows, and the air conditioning was nice and cool. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful when I had questions about local areas to visit, they went above and beyond. We'd highly recommend this place if you're a visiting conveniently. Located in the garden district with the trolley, located right across the street. Easy access to get on and off to go uptown or downtown and to the french quarter, about a twenty minute ride to the french quarter on the trolley. This place is also pet friendly. So if you're traveling with your fur, babies and excellent choice. Free gated parking if you drive. Can't wait to visit again
Didn't like: I don't have anything bad to say it was great.I wouldn't change anything. Perfect!

I liked the clean rooms. They were updated and nice. The traffic outside was loud but that is not your fault.

Location gives access to everything we wanted for New Orleans Partly my reason on choosing this hotel was the free parking in New Orleans but actually it is a lovely hotel in the Garden District of New Orleans and very close to bars and eateries on Magazine St and St Charles and a streetcar stop close by that takes you into the French Quarter. Basic buffet breakfast in the lobby area but fine to start the day off and plenty of local info available in hotel. (If you using streetcars download Le Pass app and you can get cheap travel passes for the cars)
Didn't like: One of the reception staff seemed a bit frazzled when we arrived and were attempting to get into car park but otherwise not much really, lobby area not really designed for breakfast but there are tables outside.

Didn't like: for a kind of expensive hotel, it was very unclean and un cared for. It’s clear that there is not a unified narrative as to how the place should look, rather a disjointed approach to maintaining it. I definitely would not recommend it.
