Didn't like: I'll never get used with the tip-by-default on the bill for a buffet breakfast, particularly when the waiters are doing things "by default", not listening the answer to what themselves are asking! I gave the "bad" for value and staff in the list above for the waiters and the prices at the hotel nightshop

Moved rooms because of ants then the room we were moved to also had issues. We love IHG but this stay in particular defi The location is convenient.

Good location, comfortable but I’d definitely bring ear plugs The hotel is very well located in the CBD of NOLA, the rooms are spacious and comfortable.
Didn't like: I must comment that none of us got a good nights sleep, the noise from the streetcar is not terrible but noticeable but the biggest issue was numerous other guests returning from a night on the town who caused significant noise and disturbance throughout each night. The bathrooms could do with some significant upgrades, they are not up to the standard of a 4 star hotel and the shower in our second room had a broken handle which was not repaired despite advising Maintenance and my daughter cut herself on the exposed metal. In addition although not terribly important to us, the television are something from the early 2000’s, no cable, no on demand services.
