Overall I enjoyed my stay no complaints, staff was helpful and welcoming. I did not have breakfast there, the valet parking fee is outrageous for people who already paid to stay there I don’t think the fee was a reasonable price. And self parking daily fee per hour is outrageous as well

Great location The place was beautiful and clean. Great location. We enjoyed the large pool and the beach was only steps away. I definitely recommend it.
Didn't like: The only cons were that the pillows were a bit flat and the parking was 55 per night.

The location is great, the beach is just outside. Not the best place though, because plety of seaweed in the water. I really did like cocktails that they have. The personell is really friendly and helpfull
Didn't like: Variety of food provided (breakfast) in my opinion does not meet the number of stars that hotel has. As a smoker did not like that there are no any zone where you have I chance to have a cigarette and enjoy Hotel has a non-smoking policy, I respect that, but you need to have a bench and an ashtray (you have a spot on the way to the beach, just outside hotel).

Avoid at all costs the only thing was the beach, what has nothing to do with the facility
Didn't like: The hotel does not care about your stay. They don’t follow local Miami Laws. It is forbidden by Miami county any kind of noise early in the morning and by 6:00am they start to receive trucks and loads of supplies making very loud noise, I was in the 8th floor and could listen and was awaken. The next day by 6:00 am they mower team was trimming bushes and using the leaf blower. Waking up everybody. As I complained they saud they couldn’t do anything. The bedrooms awfully dirty there was old bubblegum or something similar on my kids bedroom, I had two bedrooms, the staff very unprofessional. The pool area extremely dirty. The hotel is old and not cared for. Avoid at all costs

Comfortable rooms and great location Location, service, comfortable rooms. Christian at reception desk was very supportive.
Didn't like: Some parts are a bit old and this swimminpool area bit crowded.
