Excellent location, and very clean and beautiful rooms The property was in the art deco area of south beach. Very close to all restaurants and beach access.
Didn't like: At the time that we were there the pool was under maintenance.

I had a great time. I loved my room with the pool and the staff was great. I got a room that had a pool so it was wonderful! The lady that checked me in I’m not sure her name but I think it begin with R was so friendly and attentive. Very nice lady.
Didn't like: I loved everything but the regular Hotel pool was not working.

Didn't like: The room air did not sufficiently, the toilet at time did not refill with water to flush. Only provided one washcloth. No one available at the service desk when needed.

Horribe experience at this hotel.q The only thing good was the convenient location but my stay here was horrible.
Didn't like: First, when I checked in, there was nobody around. I had to find someone and the person I found had no inkling of customer service. Second, I had to change my keys twice because it did not operate the elevator. Third, room service forgot to leave face towels and replenish the tissue box. Fourth, on the second night, there was a dead roach on the bathroom floor. Lastly, we were located in a entertainment zone so loud music was heard and booming through the room till 2am every night. If you want a good nights sleep here, this is no the place. I really should be offered some sort of refund for our horrible experience at this hotel.

The room was beautiful we got the sunrise suit but unfortunately the air was broke and it was 85-90 degrees. We couldn’t enjoy the stay at all. The customer service at the front desk was terrible. They did absolutely nothing. They wouldn’t move our room or offer us anything except a feee breakfast that was trash. I’m so upset. This was for my birthday weekend and It was ruined ! DO NOT STAY HERE

!!Bug in the bed!! DO NOT COME HERE
Didn't like: The inside of the building feels like being in a wine cellar. The air is damp, musty, and humid, making the place very uncomfortable. The room we were given had not been cleaned at all; the bed was left exactly as the previous guests had left it. We even found a bug in the bed. After just 10 minutes, we checked out and left. I am still waiting for the accommodation fee, which I paid in advance, to be refunded. I was promised that the money would be transferred back within a few days.

Will definitely be back. The location was perfect. Staff were very friendly. Helped save on Ubers with their bikes to ride, saved on buying beach towels and chairs because they have them. I also enjoyed the sound proof wall. They have a club next door that starts at around 7. Blasting music but we heard nothing.
Didn't like: I loved everything. My only problem was our cover was nasty. Also when we arrived our television didn’t work but they immediately fixed it. Pool was under construction.

I love the how the hotel was directly across the beach and it was so many restaurants
Didn't like: Although I had a nice experience I didn’t like how I wasn’t able to get in touch with the front desk when I needed something I had to go all the way to lobby. And I didn’t feel like the cleaning was satisfactory, There were used objects from the last guest left under the cabinet area in bathroom and it was dried up urine on toilet seat when my husband lift it up to use it. But as far as the location and restaurants I enjoyed it
