You get what you pay for Great bed and lovely space. Lloyd much as expected. Nice food and complimentary breakfast one day
Didn't like: Price of food. Locking of elevator at checkout time to test alarms. Bit of a concrete jungle. Pool looked nice but too overlokked

Didn't like: They asked me to pay a $200 deposit and promised that it would be refunded to my bank account within 15 days after I check out . It’s been two months now, and I still haven’t received my money. I’ve called multiple times, but no one answers, and I’ve sent several emails with no response. What am I supposed to understand from this?! I want my money back

Convenient and comfortable hotel by the LAX airport Very convenient location right next to the airport. We wanted to catch an early afternoon plane the next day and this allowed us to relax, eat a nice breakfast in the morning, and then take their complimentary shuttle to the airport.
Didn't like: All was fine.

Didn't like: I joined your rewards program at the advise of the check-in rep. I was told "you will receive points for this stay. I check my membership on the app and did not receive the points. Membership # 869610343 (17 Aug 26 date I stayed)

Enjoyable stay!! Close to airport, reasonably priced, free airport shuttle, nice pool area, friendly staff, comfortable mattress

not a super fancy hotel, but perfectly served it's purpose of staying the night before an early flight out of LAX. room was fine and did not have any issues with noise given proximity to airport. the shuttle was timely and it was the most stress-free trip to LAX. the driver was working really hard to load in/out bags to help guests, much appreciated.
Didn't like: our room didn't smell great, it smelled like someone had been smoking before our stay. wish there was free wifi offered without having to become a loyalty member. when we left in the morning, the shuttle line was quite long and we had to wait for a second one to come, but they come quite quickly.

The reception staff was great and they offered me a little early check in. The hotel is good located and has a beautiful decoration with orchids in the hall.
Didn't like: When I needed a comb, I called to receptionist, they sent me one and they also called me after a few minutes to confirm and I told them I didn’t receive the comb, and nobody came also later.
