Exceeded my expectations because of staff Everything was fine. Front desk was very friendly and helpful...always a smile on his face as you approach and he always stands up when he sees someone approaching the desk.

Great place but hate to pay for parking It’s centrally located in a great place in Inglewood. Surprisingly, it’s just like the pictures. Staff and breakfast was a plus
Didn't like: Only one car can park and you have to pay 15 a night for your 1 car a night

Didn't like: Room was not clean and not functional. There was urine on the toilet. The bed was unmade. The lights did not work. The manager, Yesenia, was not responsive to these concerns.

Okay Hotel. clean and spacious rooms. The hotel is located not too far from LAX. However street noise can be distracting. Parking is is too tight and cost $15 per night/car.
Didn't like: 1- Street noise 2- Parking is too tight and expensive ($15) 3- Breakfast could be better. I believe it should be extended beyond 9:30AM 4- Staff (night) can be more welcoming

I wouldn’t mind staying here again if i have to. I was comfortable enough. No bedbugs clean rooms it was solid It was clean and nicer than it looked from the outside

I only stayed one night and I was glad we did. The place was fair but I probably will look elsewhere Checkin
Didn't like: The phone didn't work. The Bed was too soft. Your other properties had better TV service, The parking was narrow and the parking spaces were difficult to maneuver.

Great room and close vacinity to Sofi, but the breakfast offerings need improvement. The room was clean and neat, and the maids were very helpful.
Didn't like: The eggs, sausage, and bacon provided for breakfast didn't taste good, but the rest of the offerings were fine.
