Overall it was very nice. The staff was very friendly. They treated us and our dog so well. The room was very clean and spacious.
Didn't like: There wasn't a fridge of any kind to keep our medications in. We had to go buy a small cooler.

The pools are nice
Didn't like: If you’re looking for a quiet place to have dinner, this is not the place. They have the music way up loud. It’s nice to have a quiet comfortable dinner. But not here.

This hotel lacks regular amenities most hotels have making our stay a bit irritating. The room was really comfortable as far as the bed and the pillows. The staff was helpful and took time to answer our questions or give us directions.
Didn't like: I had a cold and needed hot water to mix my medication. No one would give to us. There wasn't a microwave in the room so I couldn't heat water up, so I had to suffer. We brought some snacks that needed refrigeration, and we couldn't use the refrigerator. I knocked over a candy bar putting stuff on the counter and was charged for it (they removed it, but still irritating as there wasn't much table space to put things). The breakfast buffet was just okay. Could have used more fruit options and bread options. For $70 for the two of us, I would have expected so much more. I didn't see any non-dairy creamer and I needed that. There was only milk and 1/2 and 1/2. All in all I would never stay there again. Even the cheapest of hotels has a microwave, refrigerator, and a coffee maker, yet for almost $200 a night we weren't given any of those options. Very disappointing. Also we stayed in the Canyon wing and on the 5th floor and their hallways stunk like fish cooking.

Not recommended
Didn't like: The smoking smell in the lobby is unbearable, and I asked for a luggage cart and have been directors to bell service line and then I was told I need to find valet outside which is very confusing.

Will stay here over and over again. I like that they offered a room upgrade. The room was amazing. You could order whatever you needed from the tv. Their soap selection (in room)was very decent. The 2 closets was spacious for luggage and your things.
Didn't like: That I didnt have any refrigerator space to put my drinks in. It was all stocked with their drinks and you would be charged if anything was moved. I get it. But, I would had liked to put my water and soda that I drink in, or left overs.
