Reviews
Review highlights
- Cleanliness8.5/10
- Multiple guests explicitly called the rooms clean and praised housekeeping; a few noted outdated or not-very-clean rooms, so overall cleanliness is good but not perfect.
- Service9.5/10
- Staff repeatedly described as friendly, professional and helpful (greeting guests by name, accommodating early check-in); there is a single complaint about a receptionist and a storage-charge interaction, but service is overall a strong positive.
- Location10.0/10
- Consistently praised: downtown, very walkable to attractions and close to the Red Line; location is the hotel's standout feature.
- Room Quality6.0/10
- Many complaints about very small rooms, incorrect mattress size (full vs. queen), noisy/broken AC, lack of closets/drawers and dated finishes — room quality is a clear weakness.
- Amenities6.0/10
- Guests reported minimal amenities: no real closet or drawers, 'no thrills' hotel feel, limited in-room features; breakfast available but basic; amenities are sparse.
- Value for Money6.2/10
- Several guests felt the price was high for the level of rooms and services (one explicit complaint about extra storage fee and high nightly rate), so perceived value is below average.
- Food and Beverage8.0/10
- Breakfast was described as basic (bread, fruit, coffee) but some guests received complimentary breakfast/latte and appreciated it — satisfactory but not exceptional.

I didn’t stay because I left and found another hotel. The location was fine.
Didn't like: Room extremely small, air conditioner not flowing properly. Dated furniture in room, fridge and microwave on the floor. Pics on the internet are deceiving…it’s basically a step up from Red Roof. Not worth the money they charge.

Just okay could have been better Just about All went well.
Didn't like: Breakfast, I expected to have more of a choice to eat.

Very happy with everything here. Highly recommended! The staff was super welcoming, and having complimentary coffee and fresh fruit available was such a nice touch. Its very clean, location 10/10
Didn't like: Personally, nothing to complain about

Great location. Very clean. Staff were extremely competent and helpful. Comfortable beds. Loved the toiletry products they provide. Gym is small but has great equipment.
Didn't like: A bit pricey but I was visiting on a holiday weekend. The reading lights next to bed have switches behind headboard that make in nearly impossible to turn on, leaving the only other option of turning on all the overhead lights. Would have loved to have access to the reading lights. Also, I booked through Booking App with my family member’s credit card as it was a gift, but had to give my own card to cover the expense on site and they couldn’t use the one I used on the app. Disappointing but that is their policy.

Very nice boutique like hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Location was great. Staff helped us with directions, nice coffee and fruit in lobby for a petit breakfast, other options were available. Bed was extremely comfortable.
Didn't like: No cups in room, but there was an ice bucket, cups would have been nice. Rooms were a little tight for room, but doable.

A good place to stay if you want to explore the city. The location is very good. The staff was kind and solved all our questions. There is some coffee and fruits to have int he morning.
Didn't like: The wifi was very poor in our room. You have to ask for the bedroom to be cleaned every morning. They charge a 5$ fee to keep the luggage.
