Security issues
Didn't like: The tablet to check in saves everyone's personal information in auto-fill, so if you go to create a rewards account, you can click through and see the name, home address, email, and phone numbers of the other guests! Neat! Front desk clerk can't fix it. How terrifying is it to check into a hotel and know that the next person can see your cell number and home address? And there's no recourse other than to leave a bad review?

Please do something about the mildew smell, it can’t be safe to breath. The breakfast was very nice - but the staff lady complained a lot and make it known to all the gieatay
Didn't like: The hotel had a horrible musty mildew smell and the room was so bad that we asked for another room. That wasn’t much better. The room was old, the carpet was dirty and stained, we had to ask for clean towels I couldn’t handle the smell, it wasn’t difficult to sleep. We should have checked out early but stayed away from the room all day until late evening. Very disappointed and would not recommend this hotel.

Close to where we wanted to be. The breakfast is the best part of our stay. Miss Nellie does a wonderful job and is very friendly and helpful. She goes above and beyond to make sure we are happy with our breakfast.
Didn't like: It's not as clean as I remember the last time we stayed. I had an issue with being on the first floor when we checked in, but the clerk was too much in a rush to get finished with his shift he just said flat out no he could not help us. If it wasn't for Miss Nellie and her wonderful breakfast, I would think twice about coming back next year. We may try somewhere new next year.

Didn't like: The carpet going upstairs needed cleaning. But over all clean and didn’t have any bad smells.
