The bed, the location super close by airport. Breakfast so good.

Didn't like: Poor customer service. The door key does not work, and cockroaches were seen at the hallway.

We have had pleasant stays at La Quinta before, but this one was exceptionally bad. It was close to the airport. Our flight arrived at 12midnight so we knew we needed something close as we would be so tired when we landed.
Didn't like: Our room on the 5th floor couldn't be reached by elevator as it was broken so we had to take the stairs with our luggage. My daughter & I are both able bodied so that wasn't a problem, but when we got to our room it had a strong mold smell. Then there was a machine that was very loud and made it difficult to fall asleep. I don't know if it was a water heater or something. I have bad circulation so specifically chose a hotel with a pool so I could swim in the morning before needing to drive. The pool was closed because it was dirty and we were told they were short staffed and had no one on hand to clean it. When we arrived at breakfast at 8am (breakfast is until 9am) almost everything was gone and they never refilled it.

Good value. I'd definitely stay here again. Free continental breakfast, pool, laundry, lots of movie channels, comfortable bed, spacious lobby, great a/c, and friendly, helpful staff.
Didn't like: Common areas could have been a bit cleaner.
