A fabulous stay at East Austin Hotel with friends ~ clean facilities and great atmosphere! It was a fabulous time at the hotel; the room was more than clean and the facilities accomodating to the weekend activities we wished to attend. Overall, the staff, facilities, and larger spatial design of the space(s) were well established for a long weekend away form home with friends.

Didn't like: If there were be to one small note, the room size was more than accommodating, but could have been a hair larger for three people at a suite-level booking. Otherwise, being on the first floor was more than fun being able to walk to/from the pool to our adjacent room!

You get what you pay for The location and the value

Didn't like: The room smelled bad. It felt like there was mold growing in there. Had to discard a plant that was moldy. There was a bar at the pool that was never open. The staff at the restaurant was extremely rude when trying to order a drink to bring to the pool.

Boutique hotel at an affordable price Excellent location. Love the well-designed room. Quiet, despite the million partygoers outside.

Didn't like: Perhaps parking could be free.

Staff was very friendly. Check-in was quite easy. I arrived early and they stored my bag, which was nice. Also they have an extra toothbrush and toothpaste in the lobby, which was helpful since I forgot some.

Didn't like: It's one block away from a very loud bar so if you are on the side of the hotel that faces that bar on a weekend, it can be difficult to sleep before 2 am. If you are in a room that faces the pool, you might also hear some noise late at night from people in the courtyard.
