Disappointing It was super loud, iron was not working, the room was very very cold, the sink would not drain the water

Good place, interesting space Good location, amazing common spaces and staff. Rooftop pool was really fun. Highly recommend for flexible people who don’t mind interacting with a micro hotel room with an iPad for some reason.
Didn't like: Room was nice but do they ever provide sheets or was that just my experience.

Didn't like: Couldn't access the gym with my key and the rooftop pool is a bit small with not enough lounge chairs.

Didn't like: We booked through booking.com and paid through them. When we got there for check in there was still a balance, I understand this might be an issue through booking.com but the staff wasn't much help whenever we were showing them our receipt that it was paid, until a gentlemen helped us out and got us checked in and said he would contact support. We tried getting help from the ladies but nothing they could do and we waited for almost and hour, when we approached a gentlemen he was generous enough to take a look at our receipt through booking and got us checked in right away. We had that hold up for a while when we could've been checked in and that was the only issue we had.

I feel like this hotel is more for younger people.. it’s different for me I feel like I am the airplane.. bad thing 2 elevator and separate parking lot it’s harder for other guests.. location is good.. close to Capitol
