My wife and I were enjoying a wonderful stay at your hotel celebrating her birthday We did not know anything about breakfast
Didn't like: Mr. Levy My wife and I were enjoying a wonderful stay at your hotel celebrating her birthday until guests in Room 1503 began blasting extremely loud music. The music was so loud that I played a recording for the young lady working the desk after I had already called . I did this to to demonstrate the disturbance,. She was understanding and assured me that they were attempting to get the issue rectified. Ultimately she stated her supervisor Dustin was going up to the room and advise them of the music. I was met by Dustin as I exited elevator enroute back to my room. I began telling Dustin of the issue and he marginalized my concern stating the individuals had been at the pool earlier therefore we could not have been bothered by the loud music that long.I don't think he was aware that I had called the front desk, and had talked to an employee who brought towels to the room. I asked that employee to advise security or someone to assist because I had already attempted to make contact with the guest to no avail. Dustin got onto the elevator and went down. As I turned the corner once again the music was blaring. I again contacted the front desk. However I was placed on hold. After a period of time of being on hold I went back downstairs and I observed both front desk employees assisting guest. I waited and eventually was able to speak with the young lady and she apologized for the. Inconvenience. I even allowed her to hear the recording of the volume of the music. She stayed she would have someone to get them to turn the music down. I inquired about the general manger availability. She stated she had texted her supervisor and he was going to take care of it. Shortly Dustin came to the front desk and we both advised the problem with the music continued. He got on the phone and I heard him communicate that there was still a complaint about the music and asked them to lower it. The way in which he communicated the request was if I was being unreasonable. I c
